1. About

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at abatron.ai (the "Site"), operated by Abatron LLC ("Abatron", "we"), a Delaware corporation. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational use only

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. No statement, representation, claim, projection, or specification on the Site constitutes:

• An offer or commitment to enter into any commercial relationship.
• A warranty of fitness, performance, availability, or compatibility.
• Investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
• A binding price, scope, or timeline for any service or product.

Commercial terms applicable to specific deployments of Abatron technology are agreed in writing with each institutional partner through a separate Master Services Agreement and supporting documents.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Site through automated means without prior written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or harassing content through the contact form, including fictitious identities, phishing attempts, or malicious payloads.
• Attempt to probe, scan, penetrate, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site or its infrastructure outside of a coordinated disclosure program.
• Use the Site or its branding to imply endorsement, partnership, or association that does not exist.
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to block any IP, user-agent, or sender that violates these terms and to report material abuse to the relevant authorities.

4. Intellectual property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, brand assets, copy, code, architecture diagrams, and other materials published on the Site are the property of Abatron LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from Abatron LLC, except for ordinary fair use (quoting briefly with attribution, linking, viewing in a standard browser).

5. No warranty

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. ABATRON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abatron, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred (100) US dollars or the equivalent in the local currency.

7. Platform deployments

Any use of Abatron technology in production, including by institutional partners and end users of those partners, is governed by separate written agreements (Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Order Form). These Terms do not modify, supplement, or in any way govern those agreements.

8. Privacy

Information about how Abatron handles personal data submitted through this Site is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last reviewed" date above reflects the most recent material revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
