Abatron LLC ("Abatron", "we") is a Delaware-incorporated company. This website (abatron.ai) is operated by Abatron LLC and serves as the company's primary external presence. References to "you" in this policy mean any visitor to this website.

2. What we collect

Information you provide

• Contact form submissions — name, email, company, the use case you selected, and any message text you write.
• Email correspondence — if you write to contact@abatron.ai, the message and attachments are stored for the duration of our correspondence.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server-side request metadata: IP address, user-agent, timestamp, path requested. Retained for up to 30 days for security, uptime, and abuse investigation.
• Privacy-friendly aggregate analytics may be used in the future (e.g., pageview counts) without setting tracking cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or correspondence.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• To comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your information, do not share it with advertisers, and do not enrol you in marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Where your data lives

Hosting and processing for this website take place in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany region). Email delivery and inbound routing are provided by EU-region services with GDPR-aligned Data Processing Agreements in place.

Vendor-level detail is provided to regulatory authorities upon lawful request and to contracted clients through audit procedures defined in their Data Processing Agreement; it is not published or shared publicly.

5. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL), you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

6. Abatron platform deployments

Abatron technology is licensed to operating entities that deploy it to their own institutional clients (for example, civic-tech, banking, telecom, and public-sector verticals). Each operating entity acts as the data processor for its own clients and signs a separate Data Processing Agreement directly with them.

Citizen data, end-user data, or any client-side production data is never routed through this website. Inquiries about a specific deployment should be directed to the operating entity that holds that contract.

7. Retention

• Inquiry data: retained for the duration of correspondence plus 24 months.
• Server request logs: retained for up to 30 days.
• Anything you ask us to delete is deleted within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Cookies

This site does not set third-party tracking cookies. A small number of strictly necessary cookies may be used for security and session continuity. No cookies are used for advertising or behavioural profiling.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last reviewed" date above reflects the most recent material revision. Material changes are flagged at the top of the page for at least thirty (30) days.
